Experience

Wholesale, Retail Store, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Requirements

Excellent Communication skill with customers for good service.
Sense of responsibility and achieve the targets.
Prepare work sheet plans for sales team, Sales analysis and make the highest plan for business achievement.
Maintain the daily sales targets for the team. Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Aim to establish a clear sales incentive process.
Applicants must be smart, energetic, and have good mannerism skills.
Good computer skill is required with good typing skills (English 20-25 per minute)
Confident to take challenges and fulfill KPI.
Self-motivated and willing to work for a longer period and at any time of the week as needed.
Interact with other departments of the company to ensure sales requirements.
Actively play a role in organizing various marketing activities, including fairs and promotions.
Coordinate with the product and supply (logistics) team to ensure product supply and customer service.
