Responsibilities & Context

Technical Support:

Act as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing solutions related to our IVD products.

Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and Product Management, to resolve technical issues and improve product functionality.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.

Training and Education:

Develop and deliver training programs for customers, including laboratory staff and technicians, on the proper use of our IVD products.

Create training materials, manuals, and documentation to facilitate customer learning and understanding.

Provide on-site training and support during product installations and upgrades.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring our products meet their requirements.

Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and usability, and relay this information to relevant teams for product improvement.

Product Integration:

Assist customers in integrating our IVD products into their laboratory workflows, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.,

Work closely with IT teams to address software integration requirements and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.

Quality Assurance:

Support quality assurance activities, including product testing, validation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Ensure that customers are aware of and adhere to regulatory requirements related to our IVD products.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and competitor products to provide informed recommendations and support.

Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to IVD technologies.

– Proven sales record in the IVD or related medical device industry.

– Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

– Strong network of contacts within the healthcare and diagnostics sectors.

2. **Market Knowledge**:

– In-depth understanding of the IVD market landscape, including key competitors and emerging trends.

– Ability to identify and analyze market opportunities and customer needs.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**:

– Expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

– Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.

– Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.

4. **Communication Skills**:

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

– Experience in creating compelling sales presentations and proposals.

5. **Travel and Flexibility**:

– Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events.

– Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
