Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated person who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the company. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.·
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations issues.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
  • Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of office activities.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR and labor legislation.
  • Assist Accounts department with the payroll process.
