Responsibilities & Context

The Job Role will be responsible for supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction and detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships for the company. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
• Liaise with the Distributions/Finished Goods Store/Transport Department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Have to maintain KPI based sales reports.
• Ensure sales targets as per KPI parameter.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
• Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
