Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer ensuring satisfaction to the highest level.
Identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
Execute all digital marketing as like prepare and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling and messaging using social media.
Maintain strong collaboration with colleagues and other departments with the highest level of professionalism.
Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date daily and monthly reports of sales.
Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time (Multitasking)
