Responsibilities & Context

• Assist customers with travel bookings, visa processing, and customized tour packages
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors
• Implement comprehensive marketing activities across both online and offline channels
