Responsibilities & Context

• Monitor network systems, servers, and communication links using NOC tools.
• Respond to system alerts and resolve basic network incidents in a timely manner.
• Log and track network issues through the ticketing system.
• Assist Level 2 and Level 3 engineers in troubleshooting and documentation tasks.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support tiers.
• Participate in routine system health checks and reporting.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and service providers.
• Follow operational procedures and contribute to documentation.
