Additional Requirements

Handle Credit collection, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Cash G Funds management.
Exposure preparation of monthly financial report.
Maintain effective communication, VAT G TAX Officials.
Maintain liaison with Govt. Office for working Tax G VAT related Assessment, Appeal G Tribunal work. Yearly Tax return submission·
Maintain client communication and ensure smooth business.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and case Identifying and rectifying potential revenue leakages.
Coordination and completion of quarterly G annual audits in compliance with local law and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions in guidance with reporting supervisor Ensure safety and security of account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
Workers interview, counseling & motivating activities and prepare report.
Worker file maintain.
Conduct workers exit interview regularly to the resigned and long absent worker.
Implement all legal guidelines of Maternity leave & benefit.
Conduct new worker orientation on regular basis .
Coordinate the activities of Anti-harassment & Grievance disposal committee.
Maintain Complaint & Suggestion boxes.
Take proper initiatives in case of unfair, unethical behavior with employees or any violation of workers.
