Responsibilities & Context

We are actively seeking a smart, intelligent, and experienced professional with accounting background to join our esteemed company. This pivotal role will encompass the multifaceted responsibilities of managing the accounting and receivables functions of our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, Updating Accounts Payable & Receivable, Cash Receipts, General Ledger
• Bill Preparation & Collection
• VAT & Tax related activities with return submission
• Must be experienced in handling all banks correspondence, liaison and coordination with them.
• Assisting in voucher preparation (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.)
• Ensuring in proper record keeping in Sage 300 ERP Software
