- MS OFFICE applications working knowledge
- Skilled in Computer working and English.
- Good knowledge in English speaking and writing.
- Good skill in English reading, writing and speaking.
- Good typing speed in Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Report financial performance and status to management.
- Prepare periodic reports comparing budgeted costs with actual project expenditures.
- Manage inventory records and maintain proper stock control.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Maintain petty cash records and project ledgers.
- Prepare and monitor administrative and project expenditures.
- Prepare and submit VAT and Income Tax Returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly administrative and project expenditure reports.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and accounting documents.
