Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Finance
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting
  • Post Related Training

Experience

    • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills·
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes·
  • Familiarity with architectural, interior, or construction-related operations will be an advantage·
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

The Executive – Accounts & Operations will support the smooth financial and operational functioning of DWA by managing day-to-day accounting activities and coordinating internal processes. This role includes handling billing, maintaining financial records, tracking project expenses, and coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow. The position also supports project and office operations by ensuring proper documentation, timely payments, and overall operational efficiency.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily financial transactions, including cash, bank, and expense records
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and billing statements
  • Handle client billing and follow up on payments
  • Maintain ledger, accounts records, and supporting documents
  • Assist in monthly financial closing and basic reporting
  • Coordinate with project and site teams for smooth workflow
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and payments
  • Track project expenses and monitor budget utilization
  • Maintain project-related documents, contracts, and files
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions
  • Assist management with reports, data, and operational updates
  • Support internal coordination to ensure timely project execution
