- Should be familiar with MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
- Good communication skills in Bangla & English are a must.
- Working experience with the SAP environment will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
The Executive Accounts and Finance is responsible for overall cash / petty cash management by complying with all rules and regulations of the company and government bodies so that the company can achieve its desired objectives.
- Able to handle cash / petty cash management.
- Ensure timely payments and cost center-wise recording to get the correct report.
- Handling Vendor payments and updating entries in SAP
- Ensure claiming VAT Rebate while booking expenses and reconciling with VAT C/A if require.
- Ensure proper TDS and VDS from different parties and deposits to the Govt on time if required.
- Follow up in advance with different employees and vendors to keep updated on the books.
