Summary

Education

BBA/MBA (Accounting/Finance) from any reputed University Partly qualified from ICMAB (Level-II partly passed) or ICAB (Application level partly passed) will get preference.

Experience

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Experience in Tally.ERP9/Tally Prime
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and a focus on results are required for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
Good knowledge in MS Office.

Prepare all kinds of vouchers and record daily transactions in the ERP system.
Preparation of the budget and making a variance report (actual vs. budget).
Checking inventory on a monthly basis with the aging report.
Prepare the monthly salary sheet and carry out the distribution process.
Prepare the work order as per management approval and submit it to the party.
Record all cash and bank transactions and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Regularly update the fixed asset schedule if there is any asset addition or disposal, and keep records of fixed asset-related bills separately.
Preparation for Sales Invoice and recognition of sales.
Aging controls both AR and AP.
