Job Overview

Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Admin. The ideal candidate will have strong office management skills, administrative support experience, and the ability to oversee cleaning and canteen management.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management:

  • Supervise daily operations of the office.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Ensure the branch has everything necessary for daily functions.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
  • Handle correspondence and organize events.

Cleaning & Canteen Management:

  • Oversee the operations of office cleaning and the canteen.
  • Operate support staff and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Handle paperwork, filing systems, and records management for both the corporate office and branch.
  • Organize documents, maintain electrical and electronic devices, and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in project management and coordination.
  • Schedule tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications related to the branch.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and relay messages to appropriate personnel.
