Experience

Training Institutes, NGO, Hospital, Hotel, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
1 year of relevant professional experience in accounts and admin in any Development/Education/Hospitality sector.
Good command of communication in both Bengali and English
Excellent computer operating skills in Microsoft Office Package. (Mandatory)
Self-motivated, adaptable, team player, ability and willingness to travel frequently, willingness to transfer at any place to PCA requirement.
Responsibilities & Context
Maintaining stock and ledger every day.
Maintaining Store and shop Inventory Every day.
Sale report and cash every day, and report to supervisor.
Student counseling Admission/Payment cash collection and deposit to bank.
Student payment database maintenance.
Student all database updates and maintenance.
Student Attendance updating to the spreadsheet.
All administration activities.
To maintain strictly confidential information, documents, and other internal & external information.
To provide support to the procurement process as per requirements.
To carry out all relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
