Requirements

Education

  • BBA or MBA degree in HRM/ Management from any reputed public/ private university.
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed public/private university.

Experience

  • At least 2 years

    Garments, Textile, Poultry, Power

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 30 years
  • Must be able to handle computer efficiently & good typing speed (English & Bengali) with sound operational knowledge in MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

One of the reputed group of companies is searching Executive- Admin & HR for its Head Office Located in Gulshan-02, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare Job advertisement, CV sorting, printing and calling bellow executive level candidates.
  • Assist in preparing all relevant documents, setting arrangement and entertainment of Interview Session for all level of candidates.
  • Assist in preparing short listed candidates’ summary for all level of employees.
  • Assist in preparing Appointment Letter bellow Manager Level and arrange induction session.
  • Entry relevant date in i-HRM & Excel database systems.
  • Overall canteen and food management of the head office including lunch, snacks, event and guest entertainment.
  • Ensure Bill Management regarding Canteen, Grocery, Agro Gazipur outlet, Fawgan, Banani Outlet and Local Market purchases.
  • Process requisition (MPR) to procure logistics and equipment and MRIR as per the requirements.
  • Manage inventory of the stationary items and ensure proper allocation of stationary items.
  • Drivers and Support Staffs leave entry to Software.
  • Preparing daily, monthly and annual canteen budget/ forecast for future demand.
  • Supervise and maintain health and hygiene of the canteen, canteen staffs and head office.
  • Ensure housekeeping neat and clean in head office.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
