Responsibilities & Context

This position is created under the House of Harmony Strategic Transformation Plan to give the Operations function — and the day-to-day administrative backbone that supports every other function — a single accountable owner. The Executive, Admin and Operations is responsible for keeping the order-to-delivery flow, stock reconciliation, vendor/agency administration, and office operations running to the standard the plan requires, while providing administrative support that keeps the weekly reporting cadence, roadshows, seminars, and Academic & Institutional Partnerships activity on schedule. This role reports to the Head of Business & Operations and is a direct enabler of the plan’s core principle: structure before scale.
