We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Executive – Admin, HR & Accounts.

    Job Summary: The Executive – Admin, HR & Accounts will be responsible for managing administrative functions, supporting human resources operations, and overseeing accounting tasks. This role includes handling financial transactions, maintaining records, supporting HR functions, and ensuring smooth office operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Duties:

    Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
    Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintain and update company records and databases.
    Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.

    HR Support:

    Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding new employees.
    Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
    Support employee engagement and training initiatives.

    Accounts Management:
    Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
    Record financial transactions in accounting software.
    Reconcile bank statements and track expenses.
    Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and statements.
    Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

    General Office Management:

    Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
    Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
    Assist in organizing company events and activities.
    Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in administrative, HR, and accounting roles. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
    Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in HR support functions. Knowledge of local financial regulations and standards. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
