- Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey from entry to post-purchase follow-up.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Management:
- Develop sales for products and services.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
Accounts Management:
- Oversee the financial transactions, including sales, expenses,
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
