Additional Requirements

Only males are allowed to apply.

Execute potato base yearly exportable crop production program by aligning both volume and cost target.
Ensure required preparation for suitable block (Land) / actual farmer selection and generating good relationship with farmers for smooth execution of production target.
Ensure quality processed / export & seed potato production by aligning required intercultural operations i.e. fertilizer application, pesticide & fungicide management, irrigation, weeding, roughing and labor management.
To ensuring all data collection of farmer and cultivated crop by field officer.
Ensure contact growers agreement & execute capacity building training of contact growers.
Justify impute distribution properly within contact growers.
Check rouging, spraying, intercultural activities and report to the supervisor.
Accomplish field curing, shade curing, sorting and grading.
To ensure product collection and storage smoothly.
To arrange all document for ensuring farmer payment smoothly.
Maintain stock and all documents regularly.
Supervise production team, labour, farmer & other related person.
Follow the safeguard reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Do any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
