Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Computer science & engineering background candidates will get preference.
Experience

Additional Requirements
Age 24 to 35 years
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air ticket reservation. Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms.
Experience working in a travel agency or IATA – accredited organization
Good knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing, reissue, refund, and cancellation procedures.
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence.Professional attitude, honesty, and teamwork skills.Maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities & Context
Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations.
Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel air tickets accurately.
Provide customers with flight schedules, fare quotations, and travel information.
Manage booking requests through GDS and airline portals.
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners regarding reservations and schedule changes.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding booking confirmations and travel updates.
Maintain accurate booking records and prepare daily reservation reports.
Deliver professional customer service while maintaining company standards.
