Responsibilities & Context
US-Bangla Airlines, the leading private airline in the country, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Executive with a background in Food and Nutrition to join its Airport Catering Operations team.
- Monitor passenger load in the system and prepare the order sheet accordingly.
- Oversee meal and ambient setup at the loading bay to ensure standards are met.
- Ensure timely loading and offloading of passenger meals and amenities onto the aircraft galley and hand over all items to the inflight crew as per the dispatch sheet.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of food items based on flight requirements.
- Inspect and monitor the quantity, quality, and presentation of food items received from production.
- Communicate with relevant departments to maintain and enhance the quality of in-flight catering services.
- Gather feedback from flight crew and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure sufficient inventory is maintained across all units to meet operational requirements.
- Prepare and submit various reports on periodical operations for review and analysis.
- Maintain and update official documents as per organizational and operational needs.
