Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in apartment/real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Professional, self-motivated, and customer-centric mindset.

- We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-oriented professional to join our sales team as Executive, Apartment Sales for the Jolshiri project.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for apartment sales.
- Identify and engage potential buyers through networking, referrals and marketing leads.
- Conduct client meetings, and site visits to showcase project features and benefits.
- Regularly update management with sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, competitor projects, and industry trends.
- Handle client queries, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth contract signing and handover processes.
