Additional Requirements

Sound knowledge of industrial water treatment chemicals for cooling towers and boilers.
Hands-on experience in laboratory water analysis and testing procedures.
Knowledge of Bangladesh’s industrial chemical market and customer landscape.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of risk assessment and feasibility analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.

Responsibilities & Context

Achieve assigned annual sales and marketing targets for industrial chemicals.
Identify new business opportunities and prospective customers throughout Bangladesh.
Conduct market surveys and analyze customer requirements to develop sales opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with channel partners, existing customers, and potential clients.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and offer letters.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to secure profitable business.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Promote company products through customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.

Monitor customer usage patterns and advise on future chemical requirements
Coordinate laboratory testing and chemical performance evaluations.
Conduct water quality testing and provide technical reports to customers.
Provide technical support for industrial water treatment applications, including cooling towers and boilers.
Respond promptly to customer complaints and emergency service requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.

Coordinate order placement with principals and internal departments.
Monitor inventory requirements and market demand.
Ensure timely product delivery and maintain delivery documentation.
Prepare and submit bills to customers and coordinate with the Accounts Department.
Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Maintain proper records of deliveries, invoices, and collections.
