Requirements
Education

Additional Requirements
- Age at most 32 years
- Candidates must have MINIUM 4 years of previous experience managing all strategy and content for social media pages for reputable brands.
- Candidate must have relevant experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Candidate must be highly motivated and capable of working independently and have good decision-making skills.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Strong knowledge of social media buying and paid advertisement
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

Responsibilities & Context
- Candidate will be solely responsible for overseeing several (about 9) Quasem Industries and affiliated company pages, including Quasem Industries (Sunlite & Wave), Quasem Food (Sun Chips, Ghee, Water), Quasem Foundation, Truce Beauty
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns that further the company’s strategic goals.
- Monitor consumer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
- Apply marketing concepts to solve organizational challenges.
- Provide support for virtual and in-person events.
- Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand’s standing.
- Spearhead brand communication strategies to drive growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Organize Promotional events and seminars for customers/suppliers.
- Create, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Regulate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Take time to learn each individual brand strategy with help from marketing heads.
