Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute all maintenance activities of the Building Management System (BMS).
To maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
Check all lights, switches, electrical boards, power control units, etc.
Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
To look after any technical issues with the generator and substation and the performance of the complex.
preparation of the duty roster for all members of the team.
Monitor routine maintenance of lifts, generators, HVAC systems, Fire protection & Detection, electrical switching and power systems, ventilation, etc.
Having computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) is preferable.
