Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for some young, dynamic, energetic, presentable, skilled, professional & well-experienced personnel for the Executive, Business Development position.

  • Find prospects for new customers within a given geographical territory.
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the local medical industry.
  • Analyzing the competitive landscape and understanding the needs and preferences of local medical practitioners and institutions.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other medical institutions.
  • Networking with key stakeholders, including doctors, healthcare administrators, and decision-makers, to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for achieving unit sales targets on assigned targets and territory through creative and efficient promotions.
  • Promoting the company’s products and services to local medical concerns.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conducting presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of the company’s offerings.
  • Acknowledge the customer about the products and facilities of the hospital.
  • Knowing competitor sales policies and procedures to update company sales policy to meet the challenges of the competitors.
  • Keep up to date with the competitors’ strategies and apply advanced strategies to overcome the challenge.
  • Maintain liaison with various health service providers who operate within the assigned geographical territory for business gain.
  • Take the initiative to participate in different health camps, and conferences that will be held in the assigned territory.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management as per business requirement.
