Responsibilities & Context

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts
• Develop strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence to capture sustainable market share
• Plan and assist execute strategies to start/build/nurture client long term relationship
• Implement retention strategies to maximize business value from loyal customers and increase business value from new ones
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product, operations) to deliver value to clients
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of services
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
