Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare report of overall business – Sales, Production, Order, Supply & Stock.
- Regularly analyze trends in sales, supply chain, and stock aging to inform strategic decisions.
- Record and publish meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up with relevant departments.
- Utilize SAP software to prepare orders for raw materials, CKD kits, and CBU as well as to generate quotations.
- Create reports using methodologies such as PDCA, 5W2H and root cause analysis.
- Engage in extensive communication with both internal teams and external partners.
- Perform additional tasks as required by superiors to support organizational needs.
