Responsibilities & Context

To achieve the goals UMCH follows all health and safety requirements. We are looking for skilled, professional & well experienced Executive- Call Center / Information Desk/Patient Care
Greet over phone and welcome patients, visitors, and guest in a warm and professional manner.
Receive all incoming letters, parcel and ensure daily PABX services.
Control telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
To provide accurate information about doctors, sitting time, departments, location of services provided etc.
Answering telephone calls and conversation politely.
Coordinating patients with admission procedures.
Dealing with all requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
Scheduling appointments for patients.
Making sure that the appointments system runs smoothly.
Accurately collecting information and personal details about patients.
Patient & Visitor Assistance: Receive, guide, and assist patients, attendants, and visitors by providing accurate information regarding hospital services, appointments, admissions, and departmental locations.
Complaint Handling & Resolution: Receive, document, and coordinate the resolution of patient complaints, feedback, and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and high levels of patient satisfaction.
Service Coordination: Coordinate with clinical, diagnostic, billing, and support departments to facilitate smooth patient flow and ensure efficient service delivery.
Communication & Patient Experience: Maintain courteous, professional, and empathetic communication with patients and their families, promoting a positive patient experience and upholding UMCH`s service standards.
Quality Improvement & Reporting: Monitor patient satisfaction, prepare customer service reports, identify areas for service improvement, and recommend corrective actions to enhance the overall quality of patient care and customer service.
