Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive (Estimator) for our Civil Department. The role is centered around estimation and budgeting activities. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience and a strong foundation in civil/structural drawing interpretation, BBS preparation, and quantity surveying. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, analytical thinking, and effective coordination with project teams. It’s a great opportunity for engineers with a focus on cost estimation and project planning to contribute to dynamic construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from structural drawings
Interpret architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD to extract required quantities
Liaise with architects, engineers, and project managers for information and project clarification
Assist in tendering processes, including BOQ preparation and ERP uploading
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil construction projects
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes for comparison and selection
