Additional Requirements

Applications are invited for the post of Executive – Civil Structure Design having experience in Real Estate / Architectural Firm.

Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for this position.

Using CAD or REVIT software, Design drafting shop drawing, Shop drawing & estimate, 2D and 3D drawings of civil engineering structures based on the specifications.
Review and interpret architectural drawings, survey data and engineering sketches to accurately represent the proposed civil structure in the technical drawings.
Civil engineering structure drafting detailed plan, elevation, section and other drawings.
To update the drawings to create as-built drawings, which document any changes made during construction and provide an accurate record of the final structure.
To work efficiently and meet project deadlines to keep the overall engineering and construction process on track.
Prepare estimate of all kinds of materials according to drawings.
All kinds of finishing work supervision and control of wastage.
Quality checking of construction works on both RCC and steel structure.
