Responsibilities & Context

Bitopi Group is one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh. Currently we are looking for a Civil Engr. who will look after overall Civil related work of the group under the direct supervision of Team Head. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude happy to learn new skill and great communication skills with professional etiquette.

• Brief JD
• Analyzing survey reports, long-range plans, maps and other data to design new projects.
• Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage.
• Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget.
• Forecasting design and construction timeline.
• Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages.
• Managing repair and maintenance of infrastructure projects
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Resolving design and development problems
• Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
