- Must have interest to work in direct market.
- Must have good knowledge of ATL and BTL.
- Adequate client/company/advertising agency contacts such as managing television programs and event branding.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Must have lead generation skills.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and media consumption trends.
- Must be interested in working in an organization for a long time.
- Ability to interpret market research and consumer behavior data.
- Developing long-term media strategies that align with business goals.
- Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
- Must have knowledge and experience in promotion, branding and sponsorship work.
- Must have knowledge and experience in research and targeting, marketing strategy and planning, media buying, PR, digital platforms and business development.
- Proficiency in project profile, budgeting, proposal and presentation preparation.
- Being familiar and in touch with television, newspapers, FM radio, fashion industry and digital platforms is essential.
- Must have the ability to find new clients, interest them in conventions and media buying.
- Must have workable knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint & internet, mail, browser and digital media.
- Must have good communication with different types of establishments or companies including Cosmetics, Toiletries, Consumer, Electric & Electronics, Personal Care, E-Commerce, Hotel Motels, Hospitals.
- Must be diligent and responsible.

Responsibilities & Context
Context
Marketers 360 Degrees is an advertising agency. We have two other subsidiaries namely 360 Degree Studio and 360 Degree Cinema. Male & Female both candidates who like or love media, film, fashion, television or advertising industry and are interested in working in this sector are requested to apply.
Responsibilities:

To work with television dramas, talk shows, movies, News, Event branding and sponsorship.

Develop and implement media buying strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.

Work on media planning and buying, budgeting, sales promotion, PR and business development.

Along with electronic and print media, digital branding has to be worked on.

At the same time, we have to work on sponsorship/branding of many projects.

Television: Single and serial dramas, talk shows, reality shows, news, musical shows and various programs including sponsorship, branding should be done. Also have to work with TVC, doggie, PIP, popup bookings of different companies.

Events: Sponsorship and branding management for various events including award shows, fashion shows, fairs, Concerts, various sports, reality shows etc. Also, different types of campaign, activation work of different companies should be done.

Digital: To add or work on sponsorship and branding for OTT projects, YouTube dramas, digital series.

Movies: To work with domestic or foreign movie sponsorship and branding.

TVC, OVC, Documentary making and booking work should be taken out from various public and private institutes/companies and NGOs.

Prepare quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly Camping calendar, proposal and budget in coordination with brand and digital team.

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, production houses and vendors

Ensure Effective PR management with latest PR trends & best practice.

Work on media planning and buying, budgeting, sales promotion, PR and business development.

Increase sales through personalization of marketing communications.

Work on campaign performance analysis, client reporting and presentation, up selling, cross selling, client retention and satisfaction.

Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the Client(s)

Properly doing the sales given by the supervisor/higher managements

Develop and implement comprehensive offline media strategies to meet client objectives and maximize brand exposure.

Identify relevant media channels (Tv, print, radio, outdoor, etc.) for each campaign and negotiate cost-effective media placements.

Oversee media buying and execution, tracking campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations.
-
Any other assignment as per the decision of Management.

Salary Review: Yearly

Festival Bonus: 2 (Festival bonus will be paid in a year at the rate of 50%. However, if the service age is completed for 1 year, this benefit will be available.
