Responsibilities & Context

• Must be expert to prepare weekly & monthly export statement in excel format.
• Email communication with our clients for Bank acceptance & payment
• Close follow up bank acceptance & payment with our commercial guys as well as clients
• Local Bank visit for bank acceptance & payment
• Import LC documents collection & file maintain perfectly
• Bank advice collection as requirements from accounts
• Close coordination with customer service & sales team for Bank acceptance & payment
• Daily basis update our ERP system on export documents
