Responsibilities & Context
1. Prepare documents as per L/C requirements and ensure documents submission.
2. Check L/C for compliance as per agreed terms.
3. Check shipping line, C&F and courier bills for compliance.
4. Check & control PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for export/ import.
5. Ensure that export laws and regulations for export consignments under diverse payment terms are adhered to.
6. Liaison with Bank, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and others organizations related to export and import documentation.
