• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline while Business Administration, Supply Chain from a reputed university are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 33 years

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in commercial departments in export-oriented garment factories.
• Practical experience in working with international fashion brands portal such as Inditex, Primark, New Yorker, LPP, Matalan, etc. is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial processes, export documentation (LC, PI, PO, BL, CO, GSP, etc.).
• Excellent command of English for buyer communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP/Commercial software systems.
• Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and multitasking in a high-paced environment.
• Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent time management and decision-making ability.

• The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the commercial side of the RMG export sector, with strong skills in order tracking, document handling, and client communication.

Job Context:

This position is crucial for ensuring seamless execution of order management, export documentation, buyer communication, and commercial coordination. Candidates with a proven track record of working for leading global Retailer’s portals such as Inditex, Primark, New Yorker, LPP, Matalan,PVH, Walmart, Ross etc., will be given preference. This role demands meticulous execution, effective communication, and an understanding of the fast fashion supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily commercial operations for export orders including order confirmations, costing, invoicing, and documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status, shipment updates, and production timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Merchandising, Planning, Production, QA, Accounts) to ensure order flow is uninterrupted.
• Handle and verify all export-related documents for smooth shipment and timely submission to banks, freight forwarders, and buyers.
• Liaise with C&F agents, banks, and logistics partners to ensure hassle-free exports.
• Ensure full compliance with buyer audit protocols and documentary requirements.
• Track and update shipment plans and commercial dashboards for reporting.
