Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
Good language proficiency in English.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for competent personnel for the post of “Executive- Compliance” for the Weixing Industrial (Bangladesh) Co., Ltd. located at Cumilla EPZ, Cumilla the incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results

Implement compliance requirements as per buyer COC & required legal standards.
Identify the non-compliance issues in the factories by conducting an internal audit.
Take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings.
Responsible for ensuring a healthy working place and maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene, and environment.
Provide compliance training to the concerned staff and workers.
Prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per buyer requirements.
Attempt to achieve continuous improvement and follow the best practices.
Ensure no Child labor, Discrimination-free working environment, Minimum Wages, etc., at the time of worker recruitment & payment.
Ensuring workplace housekeeping neat and clean.
Any other duties assigned by management/Senior from time to time.
