• BBA/MA in English/Marketing/Communication from BRAC, NORTH SOUTH.

Experience

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Web Media/Blog, E-commerce

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 22 years

• Keen about home accessories and home decoration.
• Must have a good understanding of Meta Business Suite.
• Eager to interact with customers, online and in person at Head Office.
• Previous work experience for e-commerce websites
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Creative with ideas of how to get products photographs for social media
• Handling Ecommerce product descriptions and customer queries with a strong understanding of Instagram, fb page and meta business suite.
• This is a Full-time and online afterhours job.

Responsibilities & Context

• Ontime response management of messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional manner thru fb page, Instagram, WhatsApp.
• Content and Copy writing for social media
• Help photographer set up home accessories in photo shoots and reels.
• Process orders and coordinate with supervisor
• Handle and resolve any order-related issues or customer complain efficiently
• Call customers to ensure good customer service and follow up online and with calls.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales and on customer interactions.
• Attend customers at popup stores to sell products
• Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and creative teams
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices in the e-commerce industry
• Liason with local and foreign companies for sourcing products.
