Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Dhaka, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Executive of Corporate Sales at Halda Valley Food & Beverage Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the corporate sales strategy to drive revenue growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Think & work strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Sign up target markets and customers, such as banks, insurance companies, pharmaceuticals, and MNCs, to create new business opportunities and sales.
  • Prepare sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as Industries, Corporate houses, Institutions, Government utilities, MES, contractors, etc.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Follow the sales process (visit, find lead, proposal submission, follow up, purchase order collection, delivery follow up, payment follow up, payment collection etc).
  • Guiding customers for suitable product/package selection based on their requirements and use case.
  • Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Maintain high level of relevant market knowledge in order to have meaningful conversation with management or client.
  • Create tailored promotional plans and activities for modern trade channels to drive sales growth.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Identify and analyze new business opportunities, threats, and competitors to achieve sales targets.
  • Prospect, negotiate and strategize sales success in a dynamic and result oriented environment.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Achieve sales goals and collection target for the respective sales channels.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan and target.
  • To drive for sales collection both current and dues from the market with monthly reporting.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of sales incentive programs and standards for performance
