Responsibilities & Context
- Maintaining good relationship with 3star, 4star, 5star hotels and restaurants.
- Regularly follow up with hotel restaurants & catterings.
- Maintaining relationship with chefs and restaurant managers.
- Formulate analysis, fulfill Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Yearly sales targets, and provide written reports to the reporting boss within the period of time.
- You are liable to accomplish the tasks given by your superior or management.
- You will be fully responsible for any Irregularity, Business Loss or Damage due to your negligence.
