• Expertise in MS Office Suit & Email Communication.
• Good communication skills in both English & Bangla (both writing & speaking).
• Selected personnel may have to travel from time to time depending on the requirements from management.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assist Head of CSR in writing, editing and proofing a variety of CSR reports and documents.
• Plans & maintenance information and publicity campaign for the CSR activities.
• Coordinates with external parties in arranging social and cultural activities to promote the corporate image of the organization.
• Identifies proactive and corrective CSR initiatives and the resources required to implement them.
• Establish relation with community organization that share the same CSR Objectives as the company.
• Organize, design and manage CSR programs and initiatives, such as charitable giving, volunteer programs, and environmental conservation efforts.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and community members, to gather feedback and support for CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate CSR initiatives into the company’s operations and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to CSR activities.
• Prepare and publish regular CSR reports detailing the company’s initiatives, progress, and impact on social and environmental issues.
• Identify and support social initiatives that promote education, healthcare, and community development.
• Implement employee engagement programs, encouraging staff participation in volunteer activities and charitable events.
• Communicate CSR initiatives to internal and external stakeholders through various channels, including social media, press releases, and corporate publications.
