Responsibilities & Context

  • Respond to customer requires and requests (via mail & phone) in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, provide invoice, share layouts on time to customers.Proper order management, share order status / delivery information to customers.
  • Coordinate with operation team and other departments on delivery of goods and services on time.
  • Handle customer complaints according to the company procedures and services standard.
  • Educate new customers regarding order placing, system knowledge and information.
  • Provide suggestions to supervisor on the improvement of the current order / process / operation flow to increase efficiency.
  • Provide selling support to respond to management needs.
  • Follow up on-time payments, faster documentation and support commercial / credit team to closed order.
  • Follow company, department policy and according to established procedures / SOP.
  • Maintain and take actions to be align with department goal, objectives & KPIs.
  • Ensure Champion customer needs and best service experience.
  • Have knowledge of customer garment production lead time, product lines etc.
  • Visit customers whenever require and critical issues resolution.
