• He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
• Applications from Civil Engineers are invited for the post of Customer Service having experience in Real Estate only.
• Motor Bike riding experience is needed for the Dhaka city.
• Candidate must be a non-smoker.

Responsibilities & Context

• Maintain communication schedule over the phone and email, prioritize tasks, attend meetings, prepare action plans, and review progress.
• Good understanding of drawings.
• Demonstrate professionalism, manners, and excellent customer service skills.
• Creating a strong client base relationship for potential business opportunities.
• Capable of independently handling critical issues while effectively convincing clients and landowners.
• Coordinate internal modification work and handle related settlements.
• Manage materials selection and prepare demands/refunds costing for clients and landowners.
• Project visits with customer and landowners as and when required.
• Stay updated on market trends and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments related to customers’ issues.
