- Knowledge on Size Set Measurement Review.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office management.
- Must have knowledge of the denim garment cutting process.
Responsibilities & Context
- To ensure daily fabric requirements and received status according to consumption for proper cutting and sewing input.
- Cross-check the fabric booking sheet with the buyer PO sheet.
- Cross-check the P.P. sample for fabric shrinkage before starting bulk cutting.
- Follow up on the table-wise cutting target and efficiency.
- Monitor the daily input target & input balancing for proper line production support & WIP control.
- Cut to ship loss report & analysis.
- Maintain all kinds of documents in the spreading and information-cutting departments.
- Provide production information (size, ratio, inseam) for preparing the number and bundle cut as per the layers spreading sheet.
- Following the 5S system & compliance rules.
- Ensure 100% quality to meet the buyer’s expectations.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
