Education

Willingness to travel extensively across the country for market search.
Good command in Advance MS Office programs i.e MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint (PPT).

New Dealer appointment : searching potential candidate in assign area.
Maintain new dealer enquiries , application data and regular follow-up to finalize the candidate.
Understanding of motorcycle business, dealer business operations and ability to convince the new dealer candidates.
Analyze the candidate proposal: business performance, financial strengths &management capabilities of new dealer applicant.
Prepare and present the new dealer proposal in business professional manner .
Share weekly plan vs result progress report to achieve the new dealer appointment target.
Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management as per business requirements.
