Beatnik Digital Limited is hiring “Client Servicing Team – Development Sector

Job Responsibilities

==========

·      Manage the regular communication and deliverables of different projects and key accounts related to creative design, animated videos, print, and other materials.

·      Keep track and maintain the timely deliverables of the projects.

·      Maintain effective communication with clients, in-house creative team, and/or external vendors to deliver the projects.

·      Make sure deliverable items meet the requirements of the briefs and are free of errors by extensively checking the files.

·      Prepare, maintain and supervise necessary paperwork such as estimates, POs, Invoices etc. which are related to the assigned project.

·      Assist senior personnel and managers in preparing proposals and bringing new projects on board.

·      Act as the primary contact person for the projects.

 Skill Requirements

==========

·       2-3 years of working experience in development and/or social enterprises.

·       Excellent communication and management skills

· Ability to organize work efficiently.

Qualifications required:

==========

·      Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Economics, or similar field from a reputed university.

·      Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

·      Excellent project management skills.

Job Remuneration & Employment

==========

●     The selected candidate will be employed on a 6-month probation period

●     After the successful completion of the probation period, a one-year contract will be awarded

●     Salary Range: Monthly BDT 30,000 to 40,000 (depending on previous experience)
