Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and work with others for effect solutions.
Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & excel.
Knowledge in footwear last, outsole & grading

Manage the process of developing products or enhancing existing products to meet customer expectations effectively.
Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief.
Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development.
Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation.
Identify company goals to conceptualize, design, and test new products.
Oversee product line and trend direction with the aim of creating a focused brand concept.
Review merchandise line to ensure “harmony” with other brands of merchandise.
Implementation of new technology in his/her own work and in production floor to enhance the productivity & quality.
Execute and follow up standard Process and all parameter for quality product making to increase the productivity.
Follow up production process to improve quality issues with potential solution.
