Promote oCare App to Doctors: Actively engage with doctors to introduce the benefits and features of the oCare app, encouraging them to adopt and integrate it into their practice.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain strong relationships with doctors, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Target Management: Review performance regularly and manage monthly targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from doctors and communicate pertinent information to the back-office team to improve the app and address any issues.
Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional campaigns and actively promote new features, services, and updates of the oCare app.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to doctors and their staff on how to use the oCare app effectively, addressing any technical issues that may arise.
