Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Next Hubz Limited is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Expert to help our company grow on digital platforms. In this position, you will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementing digital marketing plans, and creatively planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for content creation and SEO.

Job Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Google.
  • Research market trends, brand audiences and competitors to drive engagement and conversions.

Paid Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create and manage sales-driven paid campaigns for social media and Google to collect leads and meet business objectives.

Marketing Strategy Implementation:

  • Implement and manage marketing strategies focusing on platforms relevant to our client’s business objectives.

Expertise in Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and execute digital, social media operations and advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrate skills in branding, campaign planning, marketing and promotion.

Offline Marketing and Event Management:

  • Responsible for offline implementation and tracking the effectiveness of the company’s brand promotions and event projects.

Customer Interaction:

  • Maintain a positive, friendly attitude under pressure while engaging with customers and clients.

Lead Generation:

  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and conversions.

Email Marketing:

  • Proficiency in creating effective email marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management:

  • Perform all digital marketing activities, including Facebook posting, post boosting and responding to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop customer engagement strategies and event activations to enhance the brand image.

Content Writing:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media and email campaigns.
  • Ensure SEO optimization and maintain a consistent brand voice. Conduct thorough research and manage a content calendar.

Market Research:

  • Conduct strong research to drive data-backed decisions.

Basic Creative Skills:

  • Possess basic video editing skills and knowledge of creating banners, images and promotions for display on the website and social media.

Client Management:

  • Responsible for managing client’s business operations and ensuring their marketing objectives are met.
